A fantastic new build in the West Midlands area – we enjoyed working closely with this client to help select all the marble and Italian porcelain tiles for the whole project. Together we carefully selected marble for the feature four-level staircase, so it complemented the porcelain tiles selected for each level of this house.
This is a large project with approx 700 square meters of tiles and marble installed. We supplied special pool copings for the swimming pool area along with a non-slip tile that matches the natural finish porcelain tiles used in the rest of the downstairs.
Each bathroom is finished with an individual look but followed the same cool grey tones that the customers loved.

Marble Staircase
This beautiful staircase was created using our Alanya Rose Honed Marble. The unique marble has a white background with predominantly grey marbling. We supply step treads and upstands in many of our limestones and marbles, which can be standard sizes or bespoke made to your specifications. This four-flight staircase was fully bespoke with special features such as the solid curved buttress for the bottom step and copings surrounding the banisters on each level.
Kitchen Living Area & Hall
Large format 800 x 800 porcelain tiles in a natural finish were used throughout the kitchen dining & Living area. Our Geneva Coast is a stunning stone-look porcelain that blends very well with the contrasting kitchen units and island.
Swimming Pool
The pool area is finished with our Geneva Silver anti-slip porcelain in 800 x 800, with matching copings for the pool surround. Other details include the matching porcelain skirtings around the whole room.
Pool Changing Area & Shower Room
A monochrome look was chosen for the pool shower and bathroom area. With features walls in the shower using our Geneva Silver chevron design to match the floor tiles. Chevrons were also used as a feature behind the toilet in a contrasting black chevron in our Geneva Nite porcelain tiles to complement the dark doors and radiators.
Study
Our Fiorino Olive Wood Effect porcelain tiles were used in the study for a gorgeous and practical solution. We have carefully sourced this range to give you an authentic wood look and feel with a hard-wearing surface that also is great with underfloor heating.
Underfloor heating is used throughout this whole property with our porcelain tiles.
Master En-suite Bathroom – His
Our Khora White Antiqued Porcelain tiles in 600 x 600 format were used on the floor and part of the wall tiling. A black brick effect feature tile was used in the shower.
Master En-suite Bathroom – Hers
The Italian Roma Carrara Marble Mat 600 x 600 porcelain tiles are a classic yet modern sleek look and are contrasted with our Amazonia Antiqued Black porcelain in this en-suite bathroom.
Guest Ensuite Bathroom
This bathroom features our Roma Bardiglio Mat porcelain tiles, which is a realistic classic Italian marble look. This is teamed with our Sequoia Charcoal wood effect tiles on the floor laid in a herringbone design.
Bathroom Four
This bathroom adds a bit of fun featuring our funky Saturn ‘Giraffe’ tiles in Powder Bone. They look great on this feature wall behind the bath and are teamed with another feature tile in the shower – our Geneva Jurassic Silver tiles with a semi-sheen and textured surface.
Bathroom Five
Our Khora Antiqued White Porcelain tiles in 600 x 600 format were used on the floor and part of the wall tiling, with our Amazonia Antiqued Black 600 x 600 porcelain tiles on the shower wall.
Ensuite Bathroom Six
This bathroom was finished in our unique Dolce Antiqued Porcelain, which has a special aged marble look. Brick-style tiles were used to create a herringbone effect.
Cloak Room
A striking little cloakroom with a wave design porcelain tile on the wall with Saturn Powder Bone Natural porcelain tiles.
