Palletised deliveries may be transported using a wheeled pallet truck and will be delivered to the nearest accessible point (typically kerbside). If there are hazards or obstructions, such as steps or uneven gravel paths/driveways, the delivery may need to be made to a nearby alternative location closer to the delivery vehicle. Deliveries can be between the hours of 8am to 6pm. Current lead time for deliveries through the pallet network is from three working days. Please choose a preferred delivery date, once we receive your order we will confirm the delivery date with you. This is not a confirmed date until we contact you. Due to factors within the haulage sector, there could be unavoidable delays, so we recommend allowing extra time to receive your goods.
